About Thornybush Waterside Lodge

The careful design and layout of Thornybush Waterside Lodge ensures that this tranquility is available to all guests, regardless of whether they are travelling as a couple, family or in a group of delegates to the on-site forty-seater conference centre. Twenty opulently appointed Suites are up for grabs at Waterside Lodge, and these can be set up with either double or single sleeping arrangements. Children are most welcome at this Lodge and able to share accommodation with their parents.

What makes this lodge special?

Each Suite features a private wooden deck with a pristine outlook over bushveld or water, making for some interesting viewing during your leisure time. Alternatively, you can make use of the Lodge’s main viewing deck for a more social game watching experience or relax alongside the large pool overlooking the river. Air-conditioning, thatched roofs and crisp white linen contribute to cool interiors against the African daytime temperatures, while cosy king-size beds provide restful comfort after a busy day. The en-suite bathrooms feature a shower, a large bathtub and his and hers basins. Additional features of the suites include a mini bar, safe, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
