Day 1

Cape Town, South Africa

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met in the arrivals halls and personally escorted to your private car which will transfer you by road to the Mount Nelson Hotel, your home away from home for the next 2 nights.

Day 2

Full Day Robben Island Tour

Depart from Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront by ferry for a 25-minute trip across Table Bay to Robben Island – weather permitting. This World Heritage Site, and South Africa’s most revered national monument, was a prison for some 450 years – for, at various times, convicts, slaves, exiled Eastern princes, lepers, the insane and those punished for resisting oppressive rule – including Nelson Mandela.

Return to the Waterfront to your awaiting car at your disposal for the rest of the day

Day 3

Cape Town, South Africa

Following a leisurely breakfast and time to gather your belonging, A representative will collect you at the Mount Nelson at for the short transfer to the esteemed Ellerman House.

The main activity of the day is a hike up one of the three peaks around table mountain – Lion’s Head is the perfect walk for those who want to squeeze in a short hike after or before work – with or without the children and the dog. The best thing about the Lion’s Head hike is obviously the view over Cape Town, Table Mountain, the Atlantic and Camps Bay. Although the walk can be a bit step at times, there is nothing too hectic about this hike.

Day 4

Explore the Peninsula (Self-drive)

You drive out of the city along the Atlantic seaboard to the fishing village of Hout Bay, where, you can board a boat to view the Cape Fur Seal colony on Duiker Island (weather permitting). Explore the working harbour and visit the fish markets and local shops for local pieces of memorabilia.
This is only the beginning. soon you will discover the beautiful ocean view of Chapmans Peak Drive, the natural wonders of Table Mountain National Park, and the penguin paradise of boulders beach.

Day 5

Franschhoek, South Africa

This morning you will be transferred by road to La Residence, Franschhoek for the next 2 nights. A visit to Delaire Graff for lunch and a winetasting will be enjoyed en-route.

Day 6

Cape Winelands Tour & Cycling Adventure

The Cape Winelands are some of the most beautiful in the world, with a heritage that lives on in beautifully preserved historic estates boasting a rich 400-year old winemaking tradition, producing some of the world’s most celebrated wines. There will be an opportunity to visit some of these estates on bikes for wine tasting.

Enjoy a scenic loop ride exploring the back streets of Franschhoek, stopping for some tasters at the local wine farms.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon for some R&R.

Day 7

Kruger National Park, South Africa

This morning, after breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Nelspruit Airport. Once you have landed in Nelspruit, your air shuttle will transfer you to Dulini Private Game Reserve.

Day 8

Sabi Sand, South Africa

A final early morning game drive, followed by breakfast, until your air shuttle flight once again arrives to transfer you to OR Tambo. Once you have landed at OR Tambo you will be escorted to your awaiting vehicle for a full day go-as-you-please tour of Johannesburg before you are transferred back to the airport for your flight to home.
